DIAGNOSTICS

In Summer 2020 we invested heavily into the company and got ourselves a state of the art diagnostic interface and tablet. We subscribe to monthly updates, which means we can easily pin point ecu, adblue, egr and dpf faults on many brands of machines.

 

We are trained in Takeuchi excavators hosting all engines, such as, Yanmar, Isuzu, Deutz & Kubota. We are also familiar with Manitou, Perkins, JCB and Cummins to name a few.

SERVICING

Performing services from 50 hours (first service) to 2000 hours (major service).

We can follow manufacturer guidelines or perform services to suit user requirements, such as beginning a new service schedule on a used machine with no history. Inspection sheets and/or service records are available on request.

We carry out a whole host of repairs including the following:

> General engine repairs: leaks, belts, overheating, fuel issues, major rebuilds


> Electrics: starting, charging, fault finding, component replacement, harness repairs, additional equipment


> Hydraulics: leaks/reseals, pressure testing, operational fault finding, removal and overhaul


> Transmission: overhaul and repair of final drives/hub reductions, axles and gearboxes


> Specialist: bespoke one-off repairs – please ask for details
